1. Service Description

PersonaWise is an AI-powered mental health and personal development platform. The Service creates AI personas based on your life experiences across developmental stages, provides therapeutic-principle-guided conversations, AI wellness coaching (Dr. Sarah Mitchell and Dr. James Carter), journaling, mood tracking, self-care checklists, and personalized action plans. All AI features are guided by evidence-based therapeutic frameworks (CBT, DBT, ACT) but are NOT delivered by licensed professionals.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using PersonaWise, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Lytle Solutions LLC.

3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary technology
• Not use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission
• Not upload malicious code or interfere with the Service
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription Terms & Billing

PersonaWise offers the following subscription tiers:

New users receive a 3-day free trial with full access. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. You authorize recurring charges on your payment method.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Mental Health Disclaimer & Limitations

• PersonaWise is a self-reflection and wellness tool, NOT a medical device or therapy service
• AI-generated conversations are NOT a substitute for professional therapy or medical advice
• The AI Therapist feature provides wellness coaching, NOT licensed clinical treatment
• No doctor-patient or therapist-client relationship is created through use of this Service
• Always consult a licensed mental health professional for serious concerns

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, AI methodologies, persona frameworks, and therapeutic validation systems are owned by Lytle Solutions LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of personal content you create (journal entries, life event descriptions). By using the Service, you grant us a license to use your content solely for providing and improving the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lytle Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues resulting from your use of the Service, including any reliance on AI-generated content or therapeutic insights.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections relating to IP, disclaimers, liability, and indemnification survive termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in Arizona.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
